Martina Bishop

Martina has worked in the legal industry for over 30 years, assisting clients with a range of legal issues, predominantly in litigation. Martina is a caring and compassionate solicitor and now practices solely in Family Law. Martina particularly enjoys being able to help clients achieve a resolution to their family law dispute through negotiation and agreement rather than the Court system where possible. When Court action is required, Martina is a devoted litigator who provides professional and cost-effective representation for our clients.

Martina understands the needs and dynamics of our community and now wants to contribute to the community where she has spent her whole life. With exceptional attention to detail and strong personal skills, Martina ensures our clients feel at ease from their very first appointment and keeps them informed during the legal process so the clients can fully understand and provide informed instructions. Martina is firm but fair in her dealings with opposing solicitors and has a high level of problem-solving skills.
